Responsibility Summary
- Responsible for planning, and design of company wide
systems.
- Actively participates in business and technical direction of
the company and makes recommendation to senior digital
leadership.
- Establishes partnerships with key technical and business
groups
- Manage a team of business architects providing strategic
guidance aligning business roadmaps with technology roadmaps.
- Contributes to business strategy. Addresses business issues and
recommends improvements to processes, business products and support
models.
- Partners with business and functional leadership to contribute
business architecture insight, and analysis, to teams defining,
assessing, and planning to bridge strategy to execution
- Leads and conducts business capability discovery and analysis.
Manages process to evaluate investment opportunities to address
capability suitability and currency. Conducts value chain analysis
and process mapping. Faciltiates application investment
planning.
- Mature processes and implement supporting tooling.
- Manage the process of aligning application and technology plans
to product direction
- Provides insight and analysis into business and operating model
design.
- Monitors traceability and linkage between design and execution
planning.
- Coach and mentor staff to improve departmental
impact.Communication Skills
- Participate in creating a strategic team direction. Able to
relate/communicate objectives and plans and overall strategy.

multiple audiences, including business areas, leaders, associates
and vendors.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management
Information Systems preferred or related work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience across multiple technology
areas. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated business experience at
a fortune 100 company or equivalent experience required.
- Working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement,
business transformation, and/or business strategy development
within complex organizations and business environments.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management businesses and technology
systems.
- Ability to influence all levels of a highly matrixed
