here.Position SummaryThis position is directly responsible for
leading the Company's product development programs, bringing the
next generation of products to market and modification of existing
products. Additionally, this position is responsible for
development, management and execution of a strategic promotional
plan in support of corporate objectives. Primary
AccountabilitiesMarketing - Product Responsibilities:
- This position reports to the Director of Marketing and serves
as a member of the Marketing Department's management team
- Develop a clear roadmap to enable the achievement of the
strategy, goals and objectives of the organization
- Perform scoping, requirement gathering and analysis of
information and management of the product process roadmap
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap and
requirements for product and promotional elements and functionality
to be supported by systems and processes
- Develop and manage promotional strategies from inception
through implementation
- Lead the effort to align cross functional input in designing
promotional offerings and tactics
- Leverages competitive intelligence and various insights to
deliver promotional concepts and offers for competitive
advantage
- Instrumental in planning and developing the launch and
implementation of initiatives by working closely with key
stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of
acquisition/retention programs
- Successfully execute go to market plans including launch and
maintenanceMarketing - Brand Responsibilities:
- Provides strategic and creative vision for the company and
branding efforts to effectively position the company and its brand
by improving public awareness and community image across all
mediums
- Direct the development and refinement of uniform graphic
standards and visual brand strategies
- Develop and enforce brand and messaging standards to ensure
quality control and ongoing consistency
- Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product
packaging and other visual communications media for the
company
- Developing and maintaining the company's website and staying
current on the latest web techniques
- Oversee the production of all forms of advertising, including
traditional media ads, online ads, internal and external campaigns,
and otherGeneral Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Director and other team members within
the marketing department with regular status updates and
communications
- Maintain a climate that motivates marketing personnel
- Meets weekly with supervisor (Check-ins) and marketing team
(Huddles)
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including,
but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Lead projects as assigned and all other duties assignedPosition
QualificationsEducation/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related business
fields; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or promotion
function on the agency or corporate side
- Ability to lead across organizational boundaries, including
strong relationship management skills
- Must have strong project management and promotional strategy
development skills
- Ability to analyze issues and develop and deploy solutions
within a dynamic environment
- Proficient in current technologies, as well as standard
applications including Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel,
Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must have strong presentation and writing skills, and the
ability to organize, plan and prioritize projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
