Job Description:
*Overview** Are you passionate about digital product development
or online retailing for vehicles? Do you have experience in web
analytics, business analysis, or eCommerce and enjoy working in the
mobility space? Enterprise Holdings Digital Product Management team
is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and execute
the future digital experience for our Car Sales division. The
Senior Product Manager will evaluate complex technology offerings
and develop eCommerce customer-facing solutions that support the
division's marketing and business goals. This position analyzes
competitors, defines product strategy and ROI, manages the product
roadmap, and defines business and technical product requirements.

Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule
available. **Responsibilities** + Manage the digital product
strategy and funnel optimization for the Car Sales digital
experience + Communicate with business and vendor teams, and Sr.
Leadership the business cases, product roadmaps, ROI, and project
status updates. + Partner with divisional leaders to drive digital
initiatives, achieve goals and support long term strategic plans
for the digital platform + Collect and analyze quantitative and
qualitative data to identify and prioritize new opportunities +
Perform market research and competitive analysis to highlight
opportunities, new functionality, and areas of optimization across
eCommerce, digital, and mobility space + Analyze and be accountable
for relevant business metrics against industry leading benchmarks
to understand the health, challenges and eCommerce growth
opportunities + Thoroughly understand and represent the customer's
problems as well as the business's goals and objectives to
translate them into business requirements for front-end and
back-end development + Oversee development of new features and
services, developing and communicating business requirements and
user stories to ensure alignment + Work with internal teams and
third-party vendors to ensure successful feature and product
implementation within appropriate budget guidelines and project
timeline + Ensure requests, and appropriate feedback from partners
such as User Research, Brand Marketing, Performance and others are
seamlessly integrated into the product planning and development
processes + Review new and existing product specifications to
ensure the scope of the current and future product meets strategic
objectives, ensuring commercial viability + Stay up-to-date on new
technologies and eCommerce trends to best serve Business and
Marketing goals and bring fresh, creative thinking to the team and
leaders + Develop and curate new ideas, determine which ideas will
achieve critical objectives and should be promoted into features,
gather investment buy-in and communicate the status back to
stakeholders + Maintain professional and technical knowledge by
attending educational workshops, reviewing professional
publications, establishing personal networks, participating in
professional societies + Managing a product through the entire
product lifecycle + Manage the products financials for growth,
revenue, and profitability/ROI by providing monthly insights and

other applicable field + Five (5) or more years of experience as a
