We Are Hiring: The Vice President of Case Management provides leadership for the assessment, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of programs, projects, or operations, in all areas of Case Management and Utilization Review. What You Will Do: Responsibilities:

• Establishes operations standards and policies for case management and utilization review. -
• In collaboration with systemwide physician advisor leads initiatives for improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery of services to include readmission reductions, length of stay management, level of care management and utilization review.
• Oversees operations budget of areas of responsibility to ensure compliance with organizational fiscal requirements and goals.
• Sets standards for post-acute accountable relationships to support care delivery across the continuum of care.
• Sets the standard of staff development with respect to case management, Utilization Review and social work utilizing available system wide programs.Experience Required:
  • 5 years of experience required. -
  • 10 years of experience preferred
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

    • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
    • Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferredCertification/Licensure:Required Credential(s):
      • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional Preferences: Complexity of Work:
        • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal
        • supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.Personal Protective Equipment:
