Senior Manager, Social MediaPanera, LLC is a specialty concept

diverse as our breads. Panera, LLC is actively seeking a Senior
Social Media Manager within the Brand Marketing team to be located
at the Support Centers in Boston MA or St. Louis, MO. This position
reports to the Director, Brand Engagement.The Senior Manager will
focus on making Panera Bread a must-follow brand on social media.
The primary objective is to connect the Panera brand with culture
and drive brand love; specifically driving all integrated
digital-first campaigns, refining the real-time social process,
stewarding the social brand voice and content, and overseeing
influencers and partnerships. The right candidate should lead with
a social-first mindset, relish creative challenges, possess
exceptional communication and organizational skills, and be
passionate about our brand and culture.LocationSt. Louis, MO or
Boston, MADuties & ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of
this job include, but are not limited to:Project LeadManage
social-driven campaigns from insight through amplification through
measurement, leading an integrated group ranging from field
marketing, to public relations, to paid media.Refine and optimize
the social media strategy and brand look and feel specific to each
channel; and ensure a consistentuse of that voice and tone within
community management team, paid social, organic social, and social
customer care.Lead organic, always on messaging across all social
platforms.Manage integrated brand digital campaigns that span
beyond social media (i.E. content series)Refine and drive real-time
integrated social process.Oversee team on influencers, brand
partnerships, real-time social and organic content.Help to manage
internal social media team and social-specific partners.Manage
measurement and reporting process to ensure the team is tracking
towards KPIs.Team LeadLead team of social media experts (team of 3,
1 direct report).Mentor and grow junior members.Continue education
on new social platforms and trends.Cross-Channel Brand Messaging
OversightManage social media component of all celebration and
ecommerce initiatives.Partner with internal people team on all
associate/recruitment communications including LinkedIn and Panera
People Facebook page.Lead messaging & social direction to support
internal business partners including: Panera Gift Card program,
MyPanera loyalty initiatives, Panera CPG business and other
business functions to maintain brand/campaign
consistency.Qualifications (Education & Experience)Qualifications
include:Minimum 7 years' experience managing a brand's social media
presence - either agency or in-house along with prior experience
leading peopleAbility to focus on both long-term strategic goals
and short-term actionsStrong creative and strategic
judgmentExperience managing integrated projectsA team player who is
comfortable collaborating and responding to real-time
opportunitiesIntimate knowledge of and ongoing interest in the
social media and brand marketing landscapeExceptional verbal and
written communication skills.Takes personal responsibility for
continuous learning of new knowledge, skills, business acumen and
experiencesEffective multitasking and time-management
skillsExhibits and lives Panera's cultural values and concept
essenceWorking ConditionsRequired travel - 10-15%Physical
RequirementsWhile performing this job, the incumbent is regularly
required to stand, sit, talk hear & use hands and fingers to
operate keyboardsDirect ReportsThis position will have
