Job DescriptionBridgeTower Media is seeking a strong, process
driven Senior Director of Operations to work with the Shared
Services teams. This position oversees all print, digital and
marketing production and legal notice intake and production for the
company.What skills does the job require?
Bachelors degree in Business or
similar studyKnowledge of print and digital mediaHigh sense of
urgencyStrong communication skillsAbility to professionally handle
client issues and maintain good business relationsA strong sense of
ownershipA commitment to deadlinesPrevious experience in a shared
services environmentlarge newspaper, media, internal/external
partners is a plusAbility to solve any problems that emerge in a
timely manner What will you be Responsible for?
Lead the shared services teams in a
positive direction to obtain goals that have been set while
building relationships with team members and customersCommunicates
directly with vendors and publishers to ensure all quality
standards and project deadlines are metCollaborates daily with the
internal teams to complete assigned projects effectively and
efficientlyManage processes and efficienciesAuditing the quality of
what is being produced by the shared services team Transforming the
teams to support the organizations digital-first strategyNavigating
internal clients and vendorsInteracts effectively and
professionally with peers, senior leadership, and clients across
