Job Description:
This role is responsible for the continued growth and success of
TTEC and its insides sales client programs. This position
successfully leverages sales strategies across difference channels
in a consultative fashion to directly improve the performance of
sales teams and maximize program performance. This individual will
leverage CRM tools, perform data and call analysis, and draw on
sales, marketing campaign, and/or contact center experience to
identify, create and deliver relevant tactics and strategies to
drive program success. - -Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work in direct collaboration with sales management, forge
partnerships with sales and/or marketing partners to drive
performance and results
- Analyze qualitative & quantitative data, identify trends and
improvement opportunities to improve efficiencies and
effectiveness
- Manage campaigns and track performance in order to refine
campaigns, lead sourcing approach, and targeting strategies or
touch plans
- Identify emerging trends and leverage relevant benchmarks of
sales performance
- Leverage industry best practices, methodologies, and tools for
inbound and outbound sales using different communication
channels
- Present to all levels across organization and clients, create
impactful presentations to motivate and convince stakeholders to
employ recommendations
- Be a subject matter expert within a sales vertical or have the
ability to research and provide relevant industry trends,
implications, and best practices
- Oversee processes and best practices for data evaluation and
tactics development, implement and work with others on procedures
and deployment
- Develop and communicate recommended strategies with supporting
data, overseeing multiple programs and concurrent efforts, while
effectively managing projects and communications
- Develop collaborative relationships with client marketing,
analytics, and business partners
- Tie short-term and long-term strategies and tactics to larger
organizational development and strategies---Job Specifications:
- Minimum of three years experience working in strategic advisory
role with sales and marketing teams
- Three plus years experience in marketing, lead management,
segmentation and campaign targeting, and a minimum of three years
in a direct consultative role to others including teaching,
leading, and driving desired behaviors in audiences
- Direct quantitative experience and demonstrated analysis of
sales trends, sales behaviors, data mining, and tactics in a sales
or contact center environment
- Knowledge of inbound/outbound contact center processes and
technologies such as CRMs, ACDs/dialers, IVRs, messaging, and BI
and sales engagement tools
- Experience with interaction analytics and sales engagement
platforms a plus
- BS/BA required
- Strong skills for data analysis and interpretation in Excel and
other tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Salesloft, Outreach,
etc.)
- Outstanding PowerPoint skills, must be comfortable in
presenting in front of audiences of all sizes
- Ability to work with, interpret needs, and present to sales,
clients, and management
- Experience with marketing and sales initiatives/campaigns from
ideation through executionCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe anticipated
starting range for individuals expressing interest in this position
is $79,000 - $126,000. This position is eligible to participate in
an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a
candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience,
education and/or skill levels. -Benefits available to eligible
