We are actively seeking an Account Manager for our Employee Health and Benefits solutions team.

What you will do:

Assist in monitoring, managing and meeting client account deadlines.
Complete the marketing process from beginning to end for new and renewal group business; including, but not limited to, compiling census data, plans, rates, monitoring bid requests, procuring quotes, corresponding with carriers, preparing cost analysis sheets.
Preparation of client communication materials, claim reviews, open enrollment meetings, among other client facing opportunities throughout the year. Must demonstrate strong knowledge of compliance with all procedures, standards and processes. Following documented standards to deliver complete and detailed client materials is a must.
Respond to client on all areas of service including, but not limited to calls and emails in a timely fashion.
Coordinate team and client meetings as assigned and present proposals and renewal information.
All other duties as assigned.
Must work independently with minimal direction on a day to day basis.
Assist with special projects.
Attend agency, unit and department meetings and training sessions.

What you will need:

High School diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in employee benefits.
Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service.
Knowledge of Applied Epic a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel a plus.
