Job DescriptionWe are a fast growing player in the Retail Automotive Market in St. Louis. We have doubled our sales since 2012, and plan to continue growing. To handle this growth in business, we need a self-starter who will help us give our future and current customers a world class dealership experience.You will train, manage, and recruit a group of similar self-starters who will be responsible for handling scripted and unscripted inbound and outbound calls, and setting appointments for the Service Department.You and your staff will…

• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Follow BDC scripts and guidelines on all calls and e-mails
• Be Responsible for being professional, courteous, and knowledgeable on each call
• Be Responsible for maintaining minimum quota requirements as outlined by management
• Collaborate with service advisors to schedule service appointments
• Maintain a general understanding of the repair process and explain the process to our customers
• Address customer concerns and escalate them to managers as needed
• Direct customers to the appropriate departments as needed
• Follow up after customer service visit to ensure customer satisfaction
