for its investors in the commercial real estate net lease,
sale-leaseback, and build-to-suit sectors. -ElmTree establishes
investment funds, acquires commercial real estate, and manages the
properties and funds. -ElmTree is a growing, dynamic, and
entrepreneurial organization.
As an employee of ElmTree Funds, LLC (ElmTree), the successful
candidate will work directly with the CFO and CEO. The human
resources manager must be highly motivated, take ownership of their
responsibilities, be proactive in communication and duties and work
seamlessly with ElmTree employees in various roles at the
organization. -The human resources manager must be familiar with
the professionalism necessary for not only effectively and
efficiently addressing HR needs but also with working on a
team.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment efforts including posting positions to job
boards, phone screening applicants and running background
checks
Manage employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding
Ensure bi-annual reviews are completed and support supervisors in
the appraisal process
Work closely with supervisors to resolve employee matters and coach
supervisors on best practices when dealing with employees and
work-related conflict
Partner with senior management to ensure the right people are in
the correct positions to meet business objectives
Review existing benefit offerings and provide recommendations to
ensure a competitive benefits package is being offered
Administer all benefits to new hires and annual open enrollment;
resolve any benefit matter or inquiry in a timely manner
Administer all Cobra notifications in a timely manner and maintain
Cobra elections
Coordinate appropriate trainings for the firm
Apply all HR policies, laws, and procedures across all offices
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws

communicate effectively and professionally

Capable of problem solving
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or
related discipline preferred
Experience
- - - - - - - - -3-5 years of human resource experience
