In this role, the OEM Account Manager will have the responsibility
of managing key accounts to maximize revenue profitability and gain
new business with both new and existing customers in the North
American geographic market. The ideal candidate for this position
is a proactive, "hunter type" salesperson, who will have
significant account ownership and responsibility to meet their
goals. This position will benefit from someone who understands the

Delta-Q's revenue continues to grow year over year as more original
equipment manufacturers (OEMs) join the revolution of
electrification. The Sales team, with members located in North
America, Asia and Europe, support Delta-Q's revenue objectives by
connecting and solidifying relationships with some of the world's
largest and most influential Fortune 500 OEMs as they embark on
their journeys to electrification.
Proactively seeks out new revenue within an assigned account base
to achieve growth targets.
Provides maximum support to maintain and grow market share and
revenue for existing accounts.
Works with new customers to introduce advanced charger product
lines and gains additional business.
Works collaboratively to assist in the development and execution of
Sales and Marketing plans for new and existing accounts and
Provides clear, concise, and timely communications within the
Sales, Engineering, Operations and Product Marketing teams to offer
"best in class" customer responses.
Supports Inside Sales and Order Management teams when responding to
inquiries on deliveries requests, re-schedules, order pull-ins, and
other customer management issues.
Pursues customer requests for quotes for new and existing products
as well as modifications to existing products
Develops close working relationships with Sales Applications
Engineering to provide key technical support to achieve design
Collects, translates, and provides new feature requests to Product
Prepares and accurately updates monthly, 12 month rolling forecasts
based on informed customer data regarding product needs and
Meets quarterly unit volume and revenue objectives as forecasted
Obtains necessary market and product knowledge to credibly support
customer requests for technical product information.
Responds in a timely manner to inquiries from internal teams,
prospects and customers.
Other duties as required.
A relevant combination of education and experience, preferably in
an engineering, business or marketing discipline and previous work
in technical product sales role.
Demonstrated success in developing relationships with high volume
In depth knowledge of complex sales processes and direct experience
with consultative sales methodologies.
Knowledge of the industrial electric vehicle and related motive
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and delivery communication
skills in English.
Previous experience using Customer Relationship Management software
such as Salesforce.
Able and eligible to travel as necessary for sales visits and
tradeshows nationally and internationally (including Canada)
without quarantine requirements (25-40% of the time).
Remote home office - can be anywhere in the U.S. near a major
airport, preferably in the Eastern US.
