What are we looking for?

WorkMoney is seeking a results-oriented Director of Digital Growth Engagement to lead both our organic and digital advertising programs. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who's also willing to work on detailed projects. You'll manage and coordinate our digital advertising plans to meet recruitment and advocacy goals while also working closely with our content teams to drive organic growth, as we build our SMS, web and email campaigns.

We're a fast growing start-up so you'll need to build strong relationships with both our marketing partners and internal teams to achieve campaign goals. You'll directly drive advertising programs across a range of channels, including display, native advertising, video, mobile, SEM, Facebook as well as new and emergent digital advertising platforms. Naturally, this includes managing media buys and assessing campaign performance.

Requirements

Must Haves
5-7 years of digital marketing experience that includes leading digital advertising strategy and media planning for a national, multi-million dollar advertising effort
Experience running integrated campaigns including programmatic display and video, social media, and search
In-depth understanding of how to optimize performance in digital platforms to meet KPIs and track key marketing analytics
Experience developing effective ad creative for direct response
Strong project management skills and able to wrangle a full team towards a big picture goal
Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Good team player; open to collaboration but opinionated and motivated to get the job done
A strong commitment to an equitable future

Preferred
Experience with advocacy, legislative or electoral campaign planning
Management experience a plus
Data analytics
Non-profit membership organization

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 annually based on experience.
