We're looking for a dynamic marketer to help us grow and retain profitable business within our Commercial sub-segments. This role will be responsible for developing and executing client marketing engagement strategies for Labor and Trust, Anthem Student Advantage, Health Systems, our Third Party Administrator (TPA) partners, and other Large Group business sub-segments.-- Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:--

  • Formulate short and long-term marketing engagement strategies to acquire and retain profitable business
  • Ensure segment-specific marketing strategies align with enterprise-wide strategies and/or enterprise-wide strategies take into account the specific dynamics of sub-segment business--
  • Build and execute segment-specific marketing plans to support product enhancements or new product launches--
  • Develop annual marketing plans to support each sub-segment ensuring they are in alignment with business and Commercial Marketing goals
  • Proactively identify opportunities and present solutions to internal business partners
  • Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution
  • Lead all aspects of client engagement including research, targeted advertising, market conditioning, and event support Qualifications
    • Requires BA/BS degree: 8 years of experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.-- Perferred Skills:
      • Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
      • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
      • Ability to leverage strong critical thinking to develop strategies and evaluate performance.
