The role;
      • Consults with management on the implications of various policies and activities;
      • Establishes strategy based on assessment of competitive environment;
      • Integrates efforts of product management, other organization units and vendors in development, implementation and maintenance of new programs while ensuring programs adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies.
      • Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
      • Develops/ monitors key performance indicators, identifies improvement opportunities, and ensures all regulatory and policy compliance.More specifically, this role will serve as the product manager/owner for Intuitive Investor, Wells Fargo's 'Robo' advisor offering in the rapidly evolving Digital Advice category and will be responsible for development and execution of the Intuitive Investor product strategy and roadmap, business and client outcomes (P&L ownership), in addition to performing day to day product management responsibilities (core investment product, product specific risks, escalations, hosting product forums, and maintaining product resources). This role will collaborate and partner closely with teams and leaders across Wells Fargo functions (including, but not limited to advice, operations, phone support, legal, risk, compliance functions), other WF LOBs, and 3rd party vendors.Salary range is determined by the location of the job.The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:NC-Charlotte: Min: $102,900 Mid: $147,000MO-Saint Louis: Min: $102,900 Mid: $147,000Preferred locations listed on job posting.         • 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product ownerDesired Qualifications
          • 9+ years of wealth management experienceOther Desired Qualifications
            • Knowledge and understanding of financial services and investment product management/marketing
            • Experience with digital software product management in the financial services industry
            • Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry: compliance, regulatory, or legal operations
            • Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
            • Knowledge and understanding of compliance risk in the financial services industry
            • Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
            • Ability to positively influence, motivate, and direct diverse teams
            • Ability to implement strategies
            • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
            • Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
            • Financial analysis experience
            • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
            • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
            • Ability to prepare management level presentations
            • Ability to present to multiple levels of management
            • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
            • Ability to identify and recommend new policies/programs that improve existing products or develop new programs
            • Brokerage experience
            • Leadership or management experience
            • A Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
            • FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
            • FINRA registration including Series 24 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)Job Expectations
