click here.ResponsibilitiesAs a Manager in the Productivity
Solutions team, you will lead a team of technologist who engineer,
modernize and maintain the tools and software that enable our
workforce. The team's current portfolio includes the Microsoft
Office Suite, SharePoint Online, PowerPlatform as well as, Jira,
Confluence and Jive, known as The Hub internally. In this role, you
will be challenged with delivering large scale global projects that
will have a broad impact across all of Enterprise. Most notably,
you will be immediately working on a Modern Browser initiative,
which will transition Enterprise from Internet Explorer (IE) to MS
Edge. You and your team will also play a significant role in the
Modern Intranet project as we build on our existing collaboration
platforms to transition how we work together and share information.
We are seeking someone who can drive results while building a
strong team-centric culture through effective coaching and
mentoring, performance management and team development. To be
successful in this role you will need to excel at working
cross-functionally and collaboratively with other internal teams
and external vendors. You will lead and provide guidance for the
engineering efforts assigned to your team, identify and resolve
roadblocks, determine timelines, raise risks and identify
solutions. You will work with your leadership to enhance processes,
determine strategy and identify improvements to increase the
overall effectiveness and efficiency of the department. Our

degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems,
Management Information Systems, or related fieldFunctional
knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Jive/The Hub, and the Microsoft
Office Suite including SharePoint, Teams and/or other productivity
and collaboration toolsPrior experience managing a team including
responsibility for performance management, team development and
staffing
