• Grow at your own pace through online courses at Learning @ Equifax.The Vice President, Pricing Strategy and Analytics will be responsible for leading the Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) pricing organization, building pricing and monetization frameworks that increase customer value while driving business revenue and margin growth. This individual will lead all aspects of the pricing function from understanding customer value drivers, to the development of scalable pricing models and metrics, and the deployment of enterprise systems, tools, governance, and monitoring. He or she will work with our General Managers and other members of the Executive Leadership Team to deliver meaningful growth and profit through robust and scalable pricing activities, and highly efficient and effective tactical execution.What You'll Do
  • -- Develop a deep understanding of customer value drivers and the business economics impacting purchasing decisions.
  • Refine pricing activities to broaden monetization scope across ideation, innovation, product lifecycle management, and customer price optimization
  • Bring visibility to lead generation, customer management, monetization, contracting, and other key steps of the product and solution monetization process through pricing analytics and automation
  • Deliver clear execution roadmaps for meeting business unit needs and drive alignment across key verticals
  • Deliver customer intelligence that enables decisioning based on a clear understanding of customers spend across their product/solution portfolio
  • Optimize post-acquisition pricing models
  • Lead pricing engagement for strategic and channel partnerships
  • Develop innovative B2B product bundling/pricing ideas to increase total revenue per customer
  • Drive an enterprise engagement model to connect customer activities across the Equifax Workforce Solutions organization
  • Provide thought-leadership on pricing, and bring pricing best practices into the company
  • Lead staff of professionals and provide coaching and development to help grow their careersQualifications
    • Minimum 8 - 10 years of Revenue Optimization experience
    • Minimum 5 years of pricing team management experience (people management)
    • Demonstrated path of increasing responsibilities
    • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across disciplines (influence)
    • Able to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and pragmatic execution
    • Experience working on structuring large deals and leading complex B2B negotiations
    • Experience with data, analytics, and BI tools
    • Understanding of enterprise database concepts and pricing automation
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA and Professional Pricing Certification preferred
    • Partner-level experience with a top tier consulting firm would be highly desirableExtra Points for any of the Following
      • Possess strong command and understanding of microeconomics, pricing elasticity, primary variables influencing pricing, and relevant strategies for optimizing it
      • Highly proficient in B2B value-based pricing and in the operationalization of pricing strategies through sales activities
      • Deep understanding and command of product and solution bundling strategies
      • Proven experience in negotiating large and complex deals
