Job Description:

STG International is seeking qualified candidates for Medical Clinic Nurse Manager to work FT supporting the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency in St. Louis, MO.

• Responsible for management of administrative functions of medical clinic
• Management of clinical staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage during operational hours
• Responsible for review and submission of all reports and metrics required by contract
• Ensure staff is trained on the proper handling and storage of medical records in accordance with industry standards and all applicable federal regulations and agency policies
• Monitor medical clinic equipment for wear; ensure requests for new equipment are submitted in a timely manner
• Serve as/Designate primary point of contact for medical component of the NGA Wellness Program
• Work with other component representatives of the Wellness Program and government PM to ensure clinical services, information, and programming is integrated into the NGA Wellness Program
• Provide nursing services as needed Required Skills:
  • Education: 4-year nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • Education Equivalency: 2-year nursing degree with approximately 10 years of nursing experience
  • Experience: Approximately 1 year of clinic coordinator/manager experience in an occupational health setting; approximately 2 years professional nursing experience in an occupational health setting
  • Skills: Experience in managing teams
