PowerFleet has a great opportunity for an aggressive solution sales hunter who thrives in a fast-paced and exciting team environment. -He or she will be responsible for the identification, pursuit and closure of new business in the assigned territory. - Requirements: - - - - - - - - -Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills; - - - - - - - - -able to present ideas to customers in a impactful way and confirm their understanding - - - - - - - - -Outstanding communication, interpersonal and networking skills - - - - - - - - -Ability to manage and grow sales a sales pipeline; ability to meet and exceed sales goals - - - - - - - - -Ability to build, maintain, and close business on a consistent basis - - - - - - - - -Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment - - - - - - - - -Ability to take initiative to learn the transportation industry, PowerFleet's Solutions and selling technology solutions. - - Responsibilities: - - - - - - - - -Pursue marketing qualified leads to sell transportation asset management solutions to identified targeted industries within the assigned territory - - - - - - - - -Execute proposal management process from opportunity identification to contract award - - - - - - - - -Establish and grow business relationships with key decision makers, identifying and developing strong relationships, and appropriately utilizing influencers and advocates - - - - - - - - -Responsible for the management and coordination of sales activities at key accounts - - - - - - - - -Up-selling and growing business from new and established customer relationships - - - - - - - - -Penetrating competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business - Qualifications: - - - - - - - - -Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Marketing - - - - - - - - -Must reside in Texas. and can travel approximately 50% of time - - - - - - - - -Must have the unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. - - - - - - - - 2+ year sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and develop strong relationships with customers. - Company Description: PowerFleet, Inc., the leading provider of end-to-end wireless asset management solutions, is offering a great opportunity for a Jr. Regional Sales Manager to be a key contributor to this growing technology company.
