our St. Louis, MO branch and serves the greater St. Louis

Responsibilities: Complete all assigned service jobs with precision
and dedication. Collaborate with the Road Lead Mechanic, ensuring
effective communication on any technical challenges or unusual
service problems. Attend service training classes to stay up to
date on new products and refresh your knowledge on less encountered
ones. Submit daily paperwork promptly, including timecards and
maintenance reports with customer signatures. Maintain open
communication with dispatchers and the service office, updating
them on job status and availability for new assignments. Identify
jobs that should be sent to our shop for repair, providing valuable
recommendations based on complexity or safety reasons. Develop and
nurture relationships with territory sales representatives, keeping
them informed of potential sales opportunities. Always uphold
safety rules and policies, ensuring a secure working environment.
Essential Skills and Experience: Very good skills in repairing
powered industrial equipment. Strong customer orientation with
excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Time
management expertise to handle multiple priorities. Basic computer
proficiency and familiarity with laptop fundamentals. Ownership of
necessary tools for repairs, per our recommended tool list. Valid
driver’s license and a good driving record. Certification to
operate material handling equipment. Commitment to the company's
vision and mission. Physical demands: Employee frequently lifts up
to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds, and rarely up to 100
pounds. Employee is required to frequently stand, recline (lying on
back), kneel, walk, twist, reach, and use feet to repair and
operate machinery. Employee is required to occasionally sit, stoop,
crouch, squat, climb, and crawl. Constant use of hands and fingers
to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, computer
equipment, and other office equipment. Specific vision abilities
required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color
vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to
adjust focus. Must have listening, speaking, and writing skills to
