Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a highly skilled Critical Environment Engineer to join our dynamic facilities management team in the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management department. This role focuses on ensuring operational integrity and reliability of critical infrastructure and systems including power management, HVAC, and safety systems for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of technical proficiency and acumen in managing critical environments, driving sustainability, and operational efficiency across various property portfolios. Monitor and maintain critical building systems including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC units. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes. Implement preventive maintenance programs and recommend upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency. Conduct emergency response drills and real-time troubleshooting of critical systems failures. Collaborate with facilities management team to align critical system operations with overall property strategies. Strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in using building management systems and diagnostic tools. Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
