Operator candidates for opportunities in St. Louis. This role is

Doing • Operate a CNC flat router machine to fabricate signage from
flat sheet materials • Load materials, monitor machine operation,
and ensure accurate cuts and finishes • Perform basic quality
checks on finished products • Assist with general shop tasks
including cleaning, sweeping, and organization • Support other
general labor duties as needed in the shop • Work collaboratively
as part of a small team in a hands-on environment Requirements • At
least 1 year of CNC machine operating experience • Experience
working with flat sheet materials preferred • CNC flat router
experience is a strong plus • Ability to follow work instructions
and maintain attention to detail • Willingness to assist with
general labor tasks when needed • Team-oriented attitude and
