your future with us. The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)
team is seeking an experienced Electronic Systems Design and
Analysis Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. You will join
the F-15/T-7 electrical team where we will look for you to bring
your passion for cutting-edge technology and a desire to work on
two of the most iconic aircraft in the world. As a member of our
team, you will have the opportunity to work on the legendary F-15
fighter jet and the advanced T-7 training aircraft, contributing to
their ongoing success and evolution. You can expect to play a
crucial role in the development and maintenance of the electrical
systems for both the T-7 and F-15. Your primary responsibility will
be to design and model complex electrical systems. This includes
building schematics, troubleshooting both new production aircraft
and retrofitting legacy systems. Lastly, you will work closely with
other platform systems teams to ensure seamless integration of

Responsibilities: - Develops and maintains advanced electrical
product detail, assembly, and systems designs (e.g., Mentor
CAPITAL). Analyzes results and performs comprehensive design
reviews. - Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies
(e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, and shop
revision requests) with a focus on continuous improvement. -
Documents processes, specifications, and procedures that support
the design and manufacture of electrical commodities, ensuring
compliance with industry standards. - Develops detailed statements
of work and project plans. - Analyzes functional and physical input
to assure the development of complete integrated designs,
leveraging extensive experience in electrical systems. - Works
under minimal supervision, providing mentorship to junior engineers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate
will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location
options. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security
Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a
condition of employment. - An interim and/or final U.S. Secret
Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited
course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry,
physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. - 5 years
of work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR 3 years of
work-related experience with a Masters degree Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Proficiency with
electrical schematics tools such as Mentor Capital, or CEEDs
Typical Education/Experience: Level 3: Education/experience
typically acquired through advanced technical education from an
accredited course of study in engineering, computer science,
mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5
or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination
of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master3 years'
related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the
preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
