(Utilities, Water, and Energy), you re an integral part of leading
environmental sustainability programs and driving initiatives to
meet goals & targets within our business units and factories. You
will assess factory capital projects to determine their
environmental/sustainability needs and provide necessary support,
including project justification, during conceptual design of
environmental elements. Your expertise will cover all "Reduce"
impacts associated with our facility operations including air,
water, wastewater, solid waste, CO2 reduction, and energy
conservation.Assess Factory capital projects to determine their
environmental / sustainability needs and provide necessarysupport,
including project justification, during conceptual design of
environmental elementsLeverage expertise in industrial systems and
utilitiesincluding air, water, wastewater, solid waste, CO2
reduction, and energy conservation to coordinate and drive
sustainability initiatives in manufacturingCoordinate environmental
/ sustainability engineering consultants
activities by reviewing needed actions at facilities and providing
required follow-up and support.Assist facilities as needed with
data accuracy / reporting to include emission inventories, waste
prevention, energy efficiency, water usage, and discharge
monitoring reportsDrive resource conservation and awareness with
factories in alignment with Nestle Initiatives & Targets.Develop
Sustainability onboarding programs, strategies, and standards for
both company and individual operating facilities in line with
company initiatives and targetsREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor s Degree in
Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related field4+
years of energy-savings, water-savings, or sustainability
experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related
environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $89,000
to $138,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good
faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final
compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to
knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic
