Engineer, you will work to identify emerging technologies and
sustainable utilities to deploy in our factories. You'll be
integral in delivering workshops for each factory to develop their
sustainability roadmaps and work with teams to develop business
cases for project approval. Additionally, you will develop our
factory sustainability masterplans business plans to meet the
long-term company sustainability goals.Identify emerging
technologies and sustainable utilities alongside cross-functional
stakeholdersDevelop sustainability masterplans to meet long-term
company goalsDeliver sustainability workshops for each factory in
order to develop long-term roadmapsWork within teams to develop
business cases for various sustainability projects (high-level
scope, equipment list, estimate, schedule and justification)Align
with all technical stakeholders to deliver emerging technology
stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor s Degree inEngineering or related
field6+ years of energy-savings, water-savings, or sustainability
experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related
environmentThe approximate starting pay for this position is
$110,000 to $152,000 for Expert Sustainability Engineer. Please
note that the payrangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the
position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based
on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and
abilities as well as geographic location.Nestl offers
