Position Summary
As an Expert Engineering Project Scheduler, you will develop and maintain detailed schedules and assist the Project Engineering Managers and End-to-End Managers in executing projects in conformance to those schedules. Additionally, you will develop strategies for scheduling processes and portfolio.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning using Microsoft Project software
• Determine clear schedule logic, constraints and task durations using relevant project experience and input from task owners and/or teams
• Assign project costs, personnel resources and material quantities to schedule tasks in accordance with Nestl-- Work Breakdown Structure
• Prepare critical path, schedule variance, resource, cost and percent complete reports to effectively communicate comprehensive project performance
• Leverage earned value analysis to engage and lead project team members in responsive actions
• Support field construction with on-site schedule management and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with contract design and construction schedulers to prioritize and enforce Nestl-- Purina Engineering schedule and reporting requirements Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experience in managing project schedules through all phases of design, procurement and construction
