Job Description:

Title- Process Engineer Location- St Louis, MO Duration- 18 Months+ contract Description: We are looking for Process Engineering functions covering all aspects of material handling and unit process operations as applied in the production of wet pet foods. Technical expertise to include all aspects of food processing technology, in terms of production systems, quality/sanitation, and equipment design and application. This role is primarily working on the development of the Wet* Engineering Standards project.*This will be for a Wet Pet Food plant - designing the standards for the new factories that are being built. Define the process, P&ID, etc. to make them standard and make the factory builds go much faster. Candidate will not be doing CAD drawings but will be reviewing and marking them using Bluebeam --- 3+ years of experience in the following required; 5+ years' experience preferred: o Process design, process equipment, process instrumentation, manufacturing operations, and process engineering support roles in food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
