Job Description:
A customer success platform company is in need of a Remote
Onboarding and Implementations Solutions Engineer. Must be able to:
Enhance the company platform with tools and features that
streamline the onboarding experience for our customers Participate
in customer discovery calls to advise potential customers on their
company implementation and integration Build customer-facing tools
that improve the customer experience, especially during their
initial company implementation Qualifications for this position
include: 2+ years experience in software engineering, technical
consulting, or solutions/sales engineering 1+ year experience with
SQL (we use Postgres) 2+ years experience working with modern web
tooling. Javascript is a must Strong debugging skills across the
entire stack, from the database to the front end Strong
communicator and writer - the ability to discuss and document
solutions to complex problems for a non-technical audience
