New Graduate RN Residency Program New graduate nurses at Mercy Hospital South are supported through our comprehensive RN Residency Program, designed to help you transition from student to practicing nurse with confidence. This 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience provides structured support while you develop practical skills and build clinical confidence. Our residency program includes: Hands-on clinical training on your unit with experienced nurse mentors One-on-one mentoring and preceptor support Classroom learning and structured training sessions focused on key nursing skills and patient care scenarios ??
