-Chemistry -Teacher -Summary -The Chemistry -teacher provides
instruction to help students explore and understand important
concepts in science, including problem-solving and how to gather
evidence to support ideas or decisions. Science teachers create
lesson plans, present science demonstrations, and grade tests and
assignments. Also a vital contributor to school
culture.Responsibilities
Adapt and implement a rigorous,
standards-aligned curriculum -Develop academically rigorous
lessons, unit plans, rubrics, and assessments -Make use of data to
inform instructional decisionsGive students daily feedback on their
performance and plan for individual learning needsBuild a Positive
School and Classroom CultureEmbody and maintain the school's
values, policies, and culture 'Build positive relationships with
students, families, teachers, and staffMaintain strong
communication with all parents and share progress -Effectively -
manage a classroom with up to 25 students -Driver Goals -

Bachelor's degree RequiredMasters
degree PreferredMissouri Substitute Certification RequiredValid
Missouri Teacher Certification content specific to role applied
for, Strongly Preferred or willingness to become certified ASAP.3+
years of teaching experience PreferredSatisfactory completion of
criminal records check, pre-hire and annually thereafter, if
applicable.Must be eligible to work in the United States and
provide work authorization.Starting Salary: From $48,000 -annually
