As we continue growing our St. Louis branch, we are seeking an experienced Roofing Service Technician who can lead a two-man crew and perform high-quality repair work on residential and commercial properties. This position requires strong technical skill, leadership ability, and the professionalism to communicate clearly and confidently with customers. What Youll Do Lead a two-person service crew Perform residential and commercial roof repairs Diagnose leaks and roofing system failures Complete shingle, flat roof, flashing, and minor structural repairs Clearly explain repair findings and solutions to customers Maintain professional communication with homeowners, property managers, and office staff Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Maintain clean, organized job sites Complete service documentation and reports What Were Looking For 3 years of roofing experience (service/repair experience preferred) Experience with residential and commercial roofing systems Strong troubleshooting and leak detection skills Proven ability to lead and manage a small crew Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid drivers license Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Company truck provided Gas card provided Company cell phone provided Company tools and equipment Fully paid Health, Dental & Vision Insurance for employee AND family 401(k) Retirement Plan Stable, year-round work Growth opportunities within our expanding St. Louis branch Physical Requirements Climb ladders and safely access various roof types Lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly Bend, kneel, crouch, and work in various weather conditions Stand for extended periods Messing Roofing is committed to quality workmanship, professionalism, and taking care of our people.
