Installation Crew Chief Lead from the field—not the office. We’re
an established HVAC contractor in the St. Louis metro area adding a
proven installation leader to guide crews and deliver complex
projects safely, efficiently, and to spec. Note: This is not a
technician position. It’s a leadership role for a hands-on field
manager. What You’ll Own Direct and supervise commercial and
industrial HVAC installation crews Plan daily/weekly execution,
manpower allocation, and material logistics Read and apply
drawings, specifications, and installation requirements Enforce
safety, codes, and project specifications Resolve field challenges
and make confident on-site decisions Keep the site organized,
productive, and quality-driven Coordinate with project management
and other trades Coach and develop installers to elevate
performance Projects & Systems Commercial and industrial HVAC
installations Rooftop units of all sizes Large rooftop package
systems Hydronic and boiler systems VRF systems Ductless systems
Specialized air distribution systems Your Background 7 years in
commercial or industrial HVAC installation Track record as an
Installation Foreman or Lead running work Deep knowledge of
large-scale HVAC systems and installation practices Skilled at
reading plans, managing scope, and driving schedules Clear
communicator with a leadership mindset Valid driver’s license with
acceptable driving record Class E license or ability to obtain
Willing to relocate prior to start if not already local Schedule
Start: 7:00 AM Finish: 4:00–6:00 PM Year-round commercial and
industrial installation workload On-site, field-based Compensation
& Benefits Pay: $33.00 – $50.00 per hour (commensurate with
experience and leadership) Company truck Fuel card Health, dental,
