Job Description Job Description Floating Make Ready Technician Location: Saint Louis, MO 63129 Pay: $18/hr | Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Type: Contract-to-hire role Looking for a role with variety? Join BGSF as a Floating Make Ready Technician and work between two nearby properties! You’ll help ensure apartments are move-in ready and assist with general maintenance tasks. Job Responsibilities: Complete make-ready punch lists for vacant units Perform minor repairs, painting, and cleaning Assist with unit turns and general maintenance tasks Travel between two properties (close proximity) Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications: Previous make-ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred Own tools required Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation for travel between properties Benefits Through BGSF: Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (as applicable per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPC BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
