Job Description:
To provide support services to the assigned facilities with
regard to maintaining the plant, equipment, offices, residential
areas and grounds of multiple facilities in order to provide a safe
and operational environment. This is a Full-time, benefit eligible
position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Responsibilities Include: • Maintain and repair facilities while
meeting and maintaining compliance with the local building and fire
codes • Enter data into computerized work order management system •
Work with minimal supervision and with multiple types of tools to
complete assigned tasks • Assist with small projects that are
completed by in-house staff • Other duties as assigned WORKING
CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK • Regular exposure to electrical hazards
• Exposure to biohazard and/or chemical waste materials • Operating
vehicles or machinery
