Check out our 4.9 company rating on Glassdoor!Description:The Manager of Demand Generation Marketing will oversee and optimize the inbound revenue marketing strategy for SureCam. This individual will apply a balance of creative and analytical skills to establish and maintain demand generation programs that drive high intent leads to the business. This role requires proven experience with running both paid and organic digital campaigns, search engine optimization skills, and website optimization management to be successful. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Director of Global Marketing.From the hiring manager: "I'm looking for someone who is excited to bring ideas to the table, is not afraid to work quickly and optimize along the way through tests and experiments and feels comfortable using both data and qualitative insights to make decisions. This is a key role for the company, so I'm looking for someone who is both innovative and action oriented."Responsibilities:

  • Define and plan highly targeted, integrated demand generation programs to drive high intent leads, engage and nurture prospects all the way through to new customer acquisition
  • Explore and grow new channels, like paid media, social, and lead generation with external partners
  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive inbound sales pipeline while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage
  • Maintain the SureCam website in coordination with web developers and oversee updates and optimizations
  • Ability to manage external agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets
  • Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize internal inbound lead process and customer experience
  • Own channel strategy and implementation plans for new business demand generation
  • Collaborate on strategy for both digital and traditional media planning across the organization
  • Communicate internally to stakeholders on progress and results, support project management, and advocate for the new customer experience
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills, be task-oriented, and well-organized
  • Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product specific requirements are met
  • Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
  • Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervisionQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years in digital marketing or similar function
    • Proficient in Search Engine Optimization
    • Proficient in Search Engine Marketing
    • Proficient in Paid Social
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Strong website conversion rate optimization skills
    • Strong copywriting skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong time management and project management skills
    • Proficient with website CMS and social media platforms
