Marketing / Brand Coordinator (Remote)Location: Client based in NY, Remote OK and EST hours are requiredPay: $33 -$35 / hourly as W2. Full benefits offered.Duration: 10+ months, likely extension or conversion to FT35 hours / per week is expected
This is an established client expanding their team, they are looking for 2-3 new Brand Coordinators.**Typically the week will be 35 hours**It's possible some weeks are closer to 40 hours.
About this need:The Global Brand Enablement team's mission is to support the enterprise with inspiration, guidance, insights and best practices that move the brand forward. This contractor will bring this mission to life by supporting the team with reviews of marketing creative for compliance within brand guidelines, while providing organizational, project management and administrative support to help the team function more effectively.
Other Details:In this role the candidate will manage the review of brand-focused advertising campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives across 30+ markets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.You'll guide creative and visual identity development with creative agencies and cross-functional partners and colleagues, to ensure work produced adheres to brand guidelines.In this role you'll also organize regular audits of executed marketing work.
Responsibilities would include:

  • Reviewing marketing creative for compliance with visual identity standards, tone of voice guidelines, and clarity of communications
  • Agile is an important new way of working at this client - Attend and participate in weekly agile scrum teams providing valuable brand feedback.
  • Performing simple audits by scoring marketing creative against a checklist
  • Help with monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Provide backup support to team
  • Coordinating with team members to gather good/bad creative examples to illustrate the team's impact and train marketers
  • Updating PowerPoint presentations and training decks (fluency in PowerPoint is preferred)
    We are seeking someone with the following qualifications:
    • 2+ years of marketing/brand experience.
    • Can think critically and creatively to help access marketing creatives to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Be able to exercise good judgment and escalate more complex decisions and issues.
    • Be able to develop and maintain relationships across the enterprise with key stakeholders.
    • A self-starter who can function autonomously yet know when to ask for direction.
    • Basic business skills and project management are also required
    • Strong communications skills including interpersonal, written and verbal.
