Senior Demand Generation SpecialistLocation: Saint Louis, MO Job Status: Full-Time/ExemptJob Category: Marketing/Sales Career Level: Intermediate
Position Summary: Do you have a passion for business-to-business account-based marketing? Have you driven results through strategic, targeted demand generation campaigns? Do you want to be a key member of a marketing team at a growing company passionate about solving their client's challenges? We are a growing engineering and integration company seeking someone with a passion for helping industrial B2B businesses attract and retain customers through strategic demand generation marketing.
Duties, Knowledge and Responsibilities:--- Strong background in demand generation or account-based marketing--- Research specific vertical markets (consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, specialty chemicals), and design specific marketing plans that target accounts in these markets--- Create annual marketing plans that are budgeted and contain clear ROI's that are measurable--- Responsible for the planning, creation, and implementation of multi-platform marketing materials that actively commercialize the benefits of our services to target accounts --- Graphic design and content creation that supports the overall sales cycle and establishes a strong brand identity with specific clients--- Help sales team qualify and determine first-call strategy through lead screening, account analysis, and tactics development--- Structure & execute demand generation campaigns that penetrate target accounts and gain more meetings for our outside sales team--- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives at a systemic level measuring performance against structured KPI's--- Manage a knowledge database for key accounts and targets including contacts, company insights, and CRM system execution--- Conduct research and identify ongoing trends in key market verticals--- Content development to drive search engine rank performance, traffic, engagement and conversions--- Perform full keyword research and develop related PPC strategies. Build and optimize PPC campaigns, define, monitor and analyze trends. Test and analyze targeting criteria, ad creatives, landing pages and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goals--- Assist with managing external vendors to deliver key services
Required Education and Experience:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree. MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in Demand Generation, Account Based Marketing (ABM) or B2B marketing project management
  • Must have experience building digital demand generation funnels with Hubspot, Marketo, DemandBase or similar tools
  • Must have a proven track record in content creation in various media including print (design), web, social media, video and trade show execution
  • Must have experience in marketing or selling complex intangible services such as engineering, process design, technical support, and project management.
  • Must have a strong background in B2B marketing and associated tactics
  • Must have experience with integrating Demand Generation/ABM tech stack including targeting software, mining software, email marketing and advertising software (CRM, Heap, GA, etc.)
  • Must have experience with SEO, Google Analytics, GoogleAdWords (PPC)
  • Must have the ability to collaborate and participate in team environments
  • Must be able to manage time, multiple projects, and various relationships simultaneously
  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must understand performance metrics and apply them to the strategic Demand Generation process
  • Must have demonstrated outstanding business acumen and problem-solving abilities
