Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. Summary: The BTTA Marketing Team supports the department's recruitment objectives by creating and delivering an integrated marketing strategy that includes multiple programs and tactics. The team's goal is to attract quality candidates, optimize the company employment brand and drive engagement with company associates assisting in these efforts from the field. All these efforts rely heavily on the company's careers website and recruiting events through several digital owned properties and platforms that require integration and maintenance. The Digital Marketing Specialist will join the BTTA Marketing Team and start contributing right away. The role will require a talented marketing professional with experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) to create and update website content, event registration sites, and virtual event delivery platforms, while also proving the ability to track metrics and report on performance through analytics. Responsibilities include: Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute processes involved with creating and updating content on the careers website
Partner with other marketing team members to execute tasks involved with other digital platforms (Cvent, ON24, Avature, Hearsay) in relationship to our recruiting events and to help improve measurement of their results
Contribute to improving the intake processes for requesting new content or content revisions
Partner with business area stakeholders to create new landing pages for marketing campaigns
Ensure quality brand design standards, UX principles, and accessibility guidelines followed by other publishers making content changes to all managed content
Deliver website performance analytics reports to multiple talent acquisition business areas

Job Requirements:
CMS (WordPress preferred)
HTML and CSS (although not seeking a web developer, per se)
Google Analytics reporting
Excel proficiency (updating reports, basic data manipulation, creating tables, merging data - basic table knowledge is a requirement)
Experience learning new technology platforms on the job
Comfortable learning, creating, and enforcing new processes in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter attitude toward problem solving technical challenges
Ability to work alone or in collaboration with other associates
Preferred Qualifications: Email blast marketing and design experience
CRM, Email Service Providers, and/or Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
UX design best practices - an eye for good design is big plus
SEO best practices
Event marketing through online experiences and digital content
Event registration platform experience a plus
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (or similar project and asset management software) to build and manage a SharePoint site to be used as content media library and catalog
Content marketing experience
Recruitment marketing experience a plus
Balancing multiple projects and daily tasks
PowerPoint experience
Adobe Suite experience
