Job Description:
Guardian Pharmacy of St. Louis is part of the Guardian Pharmacy
Services network and prides itself on its customer service. Each
team member plays an integral part in the success of the pharmacy.
Candidate must to be located in or around Kansas City or St. Louis!
? As a key member of the local management team, assist in the
achievement of the budget through sales to new clients and
increasing sales to existing clients. Responsible for developing
the annual Sales Plan and Marketing Budget and building a
sustainable sales pipeline for the pharmacy. Supervise the
marketing process and communication strategy from research and
planning to execution and analysis. Attributes Required: --- Work

and collaboratively with all team members Essential job functions
(include the following): --- Develop and execute annual sales plan
and marketing strategy as outlined in the business plan. ---
Supervise sales managers and marketing specialists, including
oversight of scheduling, training and performance management to
include annual reviews. --- Nurture and develop new business and
existing relationships as the preferred provider of pharmacy
services to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other
long-term care facilities. --- Evaluate potential profitability of
any new business prior to proposal. --- Ensure maximum customer
adoption rates in all facilities serviced by marketing local
business as a preferred provider to facility residents and
families. --- Maintain client contracts and relationships through
"expert" advisor status and problem-solving. --- Conceptualize,
build, and execute social and digital advertising campaigns through
competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and
audience identification and benchmarking. --- Oversee the marketing
team in the design of collateral for targeting client groups. ---
Remain current with trends and best practices in online marketing
and measurements. --- Maintain a comprehensive and proactive social
media use policy. --- Monitor all social media platforms for
appropriate content and updates as needed. --- Reinforce the
company's brand by delivering creative value propositions that
directly correlate with customer needs, including supporting
special events and activities and celebrating successes in our
partner senior living communities. --- Manage all strategic
marketing events, including active participation in trade shows,
conventions, professional conferences, and other local events. ---
Represent the company as spokesperson to promote the Guardian Story
at relevant industry association events, with a focus on building
trusted and empathetic relationships with customers to gather and
prioritize against their goals, challenges, and culture. ---
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and make
assessments against pre-established goals. --- Other essential
functions and duties may be assigned as needed. Education and/or
Certifications: --- Bachelor's degree preferred --- RN or LPN
preferred --- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Skills and Qualifications: --- 5+ years' marketing and new sales
experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Assisted Living, Skilled
Nursing, or Geriatric Facility preferred. --- Experience in event
management. --- Advanced computer skills, including in Office 365
programs. --- Experience with Salesforce, preferred. --- Experience
creating and running various digital media platforms including, but
not limited to, MailChimp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter,
etc. --- Experience writing and editing digital marketing / content
copy. --- Experience with Adobe Platform (Illustrator, Photoshop,
Lightroom, InDesign). --- Experience with virtual meeting and video
recording platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom,
GoToMeeting, Loom). --- Ability to work independently and deliver
to deadlines --- Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
--- Great attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to
manage projects from inception through execution --- Ability to
excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on
multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
--- Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when
something appears inaccurate Work Environment: --- We require a
current valid driver's license with up to 25% travel. --- This is a
remote position covering Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Illinois.
--- Candidates should have the ability to personally attend company
meetings and customer events, thus requiring reasonable
geographical proximity to customers . --- May be required to work
occasional evenings, weekends and could include overnight.
