Executive Marketing Communications Manager Are you ready to make a difference in the world by helping Nursing and Health Education faculty and students succeed? Elsevier's Nursing and Health Education division is seeking an experienced senior level Marketing Communications Manager to drive our team into the digital era - by creating strategies to reach potential customers across various channels with the exciting message that we are the trusted partner in NGN readiness as we develop books, digital resources, and simulations that Build Knowledge, Support Clinical Judgment, and enable excellence in exam Review & Assessment. The NHE Marketing Communications Team is responsible for content and channel strategy, campaign planning and partnership in execution, ROI analysis, and driving our products and services into the market. You will help to grow our strong marketing foundation by designing omni-channel communications strategies, driving leads for revenue-driving, and defining our voice to the customer. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills and a creative mindset, be very self-sufficient as well as a data-driven decision maker. This role is a fit if you have: 7-10 years' experience in strategic marketing, audience segmentation, and customer journeys Proven success in designing ABM campaigns and budget management across digital channels Ability to mentor junior level team members in Marketing Plan creation and execution Possess some level of Academic publishing marketing or sales experience In this role, you'll: Partner on ABM campaign planning, lead generation tactics, lead nurturing, pipeline driving, and executing strategies to help sales to close opportunities. Partner on regular A/B testing plans across various channels like website and email as well as paid channels like Google Ads. Leverage omni-channel campaign metrics to optimize the customer journey, segmenting audiences based on behaviors and interest. Partner with the Data Analyst and Operations team to align Google Analytics tags to track cross-channel campaign goal conversions. Guide the development of dynamically tailored campaigns and consult on automated and trigger programs to support better user journeys Create and deliver various strategies to support NHE lifecycle marketing including awareness driving, lead generation, upsell, retention, and win-back opportunities Serve as the MarCom player coach for implementing paid ad, display ads, and PPC effort strategies Integrate personalized data driven email marketing campaigns to the marketing-mix using strategic, relevant, and appropriate industry, institution, and customer data.
