    CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions practice provides clients with compensation expertise to ensure compensation programs are competitive, fair and legally compliant. The Compensation practice is comprised of experts who will work with clients to design, implement and communicate employee and executive compensation and reward programs that drive organizational success.
    The Compensation practice is currently searching for a talented professional for the position of Associate Compensation Consultant in our St. Louis, MO office. The Associate Compensation Consultant conducts analysis and research in conjunction with other CBIZ consulting professionals to design and develop strategic compensation and total rewards programs that contribute to our clients' success and support their business strategies and objectives.
    Essential Functions and Primary Duties

    • Prepare various documents which may include invoices, reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets and presentations
    • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, mail and reports to determine significance; plan distribution
    • Perform project work
    • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
    • Greet visitors and assess access to specific individuals
    • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
    • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings
    • Make travel arrangements for executives as requested
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree

        Qualifications Required

        • High school diploma or GED
        • 2 years experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant
        • Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
        • Proficient use of applicable technology
        • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
