KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, F&A Business Engagement to join our Digital Business Transformation organization.This opportunity is open to internal candidates from all KPMG US locations and external candidates interested in being based in one of the cities listed within this posting. Responsibilities: + Tactical and proactive accountability to ensure long term technology delivery of business objectives aligns with the organization's technology strategy; develop solid understanding of the business strategy, processes and decision makers; Foster participation in solution fiscal planning, scope, prioritization, delivery, and enhancement of solutions + Develop trusted business relationships becoming a reliable advisor for key leaders and stakeholders to support business objectives and effectively manage business demand for technology services; Make recommendations and improve existing programs and processes; Through cross-functional collaboration, help define next generation business and leadership needs + Support emerging technology showcase discussions and propagate digital fluency within business; Gather facts to support business executive level escalations, tracking risks and overall health of the portfolio, providing recommendations to resolve issues and evaluating alternative implementations as needed; Align with overall business expectations, perceptions and support ongoing two way communication of technology strategies, priorities and governance + Help technology fiscal planning and take accountability for overall spend, including budget allocations and updated budget forecasts + Communicate available and planned services to business stakeholders and monitor service performance; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to business expectations, understand internal changes (e.g. upgrades to infrastructure, technology refreshes, internal projects) that need to be prioritized and scheduled in the change plan; Collaborate with cross functional teams across the firm to develop and implement programs to maximize impact Qualifications: + Minimum eight years of experience in software development lifecycle, operations, business processes, business relationship management, technology strategy and technology-business alignment + Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred + Ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively with colleagues and senior leadership + Experience in leading large, complex projects with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders; Ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities + Creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing innovative, premiere leadership development solutions + Occasional travel up to twenty percent KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
