The role provides exposure to financial planning, investment operations, and client relationship management within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and process client account paperwork and transactions - Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the firm CRM - Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, and follow-up tasks - Assist advisors with reports, client communications, and administrative tasks - Track outstanding client requests and ensure timely completion - Organize client files and maintain documentation standards - Support advisors with operational and client service needs Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who thrives in an organized, structured environment and enjoys managing details and processes. Employees are expected to: - Obtain Series 7 and Series 65/66 licenses within the first year of employment After licensing, employees are encouraged to pursue the CFP® Board Paraplanner designation.
