operations business lines by gathering and documenting requirements
for automation solutions, acting as a liaison between business
partners and development teams. Drive measurable improvements in
efficiency and compliance through automation initiatives. Key
Responsibilities : - Elicit and document business requirements for
automation projects, ensuring alignment with compliance and
operational goals. - Communicate effectively with multiple levels
of the organization, including upper management and business line
partners. - Prepare templates, use cases, and process diagrams;
organize and document handoffs between teams. - Champion change
management and adoption of automation solutions - Manage multiple
products simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of requirements
to keep development teams engaged. - Partner with development teams
to clarify requirements and manage delivery timelines. This role
requires working from one of the posted U.S. Bank locations three
(3) or more days per week. Preferred Skills/Experience : - Strong
written and verbal communication. - Business analysis experience;
familiarity with technology product lifecycle. - Analytical
mindset; inquisitive and curious approach to problem-solving. -
Ability to work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. -
Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere,
Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus - Ability to conduct an analysis of
business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas,
conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making
verbal and written presentations - Strong project management,
organization and analytical skills - Ability to develop test
schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on
test results - Experience in financial services or operations

to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package,

eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00 U.S.
