We are seeking to hire a Producer to accomplish the following: Proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business Regularly identifying, developing and maintaining a quality network of business relationships. Provide an exceptional, effortless customer experience by pre-qualifying potential borrowers and maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintains professional relationships, promotes the successes of the company and coworkers and is a team player. We are looking for a candidate that has: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers Exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Independent, self-starting, team player with a positive attitude Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data. Working knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory (federal and state) guidelines.
