ControllerFLSA Status: ExemptRevised Date: 12/29/24Travel: Required
1% or lessSummary:Responsible for general accounting
responsibilities including monthly closing activities and balance
sheet reconciliations. Demonstrates ability to work independently
while meeting expected deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a
strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical
skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment without compromising attention to detail or
accuracy.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-- Ensure accurate
and timely recording of financial transactions.-- Ensure month end
activities are completed within closing calendar timelines.--
Perform monthly reconciliations for designated accounts, monitoring
financials for discrepancies and trends.-- Research and resolve
problems pertaining to accounting systems and records, ensuring
compliance with Company policies and procedures.-- Assist in
managing daily cash workbook to ensure accuracy.-- Process cash
disbursements for organization.-- Record all fixed asset
transactions including capital expenditures as well as reconciling
the fixed asset ledger to the financials.-- Work with the finance
team as support for approving and posting transactions in our ERP
system related to the Concur Expense reporting platform.-- Respond
to ad-hoc requests from auditors (annual or interim), banks, Parent
Company, tax preparers, governmental agencies, etc. Understand and
respond to the urgency of providing timely and complete information
to these requests.-- Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with
others to improve overall standards of performance and service
through continuous improvement activities.-- Other duties as

Requirements/Work Experience:Bachelor's degree required in
accounting or finance. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
in a manufacturing environment.Reasoning Ability:Ability to solve
practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.Computer Skills:To perform this job
successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft
Suite Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
and NetSuite.Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an
