This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to our company's financial growth. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all project-related accounting functions, including but not limited to, job costing, forecasting, AIA, and WIP. Oversee project-related accounting, including verification and classification of project-related costs.2. Perform job costing, WIP, AIA, and forecasting for all assigned projects.3. Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.4. Prepare and submit project budget and cost reports.5. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.6. Collaborate with project teams to support overall project execution and performance goals.7. Review and process subcontractor and vendor invoices and determine if costs should be posted to project cost or overhead.8. Assist with internal and external auditing procedures.9. Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.10. Provide financial advice and guidance to project managers and team members to help them make their projects more profitable.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a project accounting or similar role.3. Strong knowledge of project accounting, job costing, forecasting, AIA, and WIP.4. Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel. Experience with accounting software is a plus.5. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.7. Ability to work independently, manage large, complex projects, and meet deadlines.8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.9. Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.10.
