Job Description Larson Financial is currently looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk. This position reports to the VP of Finance and is an essential position within the Accounting department. Primary responsibilities are processing accounts payables, accounts receivable and performing other clerical duties as needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Full-cycle accounts payable, including coding, matching, and scanning invoices and processing payments.Process credit card transactions and payments.Maintain vendor relationships.Record cash receipts and make bank deposits.Conduct a monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit card payable.Assemble information for internal & external auditors. - SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel).High level working knowledge of NetSuite preferred.Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.Strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping.Team player and can collaborate with other teams in the organization.Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in accounting.Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems to meet work needs.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2-3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.Working on an Accounting degree a plus.
