Our consumers are steadfast and growing exponentially.Why join us?Benefit package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) plan and generous company match, and PTO, floating holidays.Job DetailsThe Senior Accountant is responsible for assisting with the corporate month end close process, financial reporting, auditing, partner with external income tax preparer to minimize tax liability, avoid penalties, and explain how income changes affect company tax return, and working with various stakeholders (both internal and outsourced) to achieve timely and accurate results and utilizing strong technical accounting skills to ensure that transactions are appropriately accounted for in accordance with U.S. GAAP.Additional Details:

• Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial statements
• Prepare accounting schedules, organize financial records, and verify that all financial materials align with U.S. GDAP accounting standards and are easily accessible
• Prepare tax returns and calculate taxes owed; comply with tax requirements around payment and reporting
• Analyze business operations, financial commitments, costs, revenues, and trends to develop projections for future revenue and expenses
• 
  --- Measure and report the amount of sales and use taxes owed to domestic and international taxing authorities
• Develop, document, and maintain a complete audit cycle, including risk management and control over operation effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with internal and external regulations, policies and procedures
• Provide suggestions and feedback to management regarding budget forecasts, resource utilization, and tax strategy
• Assess department efficiency and productivity, coaching and guiding continuous improvementAdditional Details:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of business bookkeeping procedures and accounting regulations (GAAP)
  • CPA preferred but not required
