The Financial Administrator is responsible for assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Their duties include reconciling bank records, Payroll, drafting financial documents, running checks, and invoicing customers or collecting payments.

The Financial Administrator is responsible for keeping all commercial accounts current. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities, from answering incoming phone calls, talking to vendors and clients to handling a specific type of paperwork or filing for a specific department.

The Financial Administrator position demands organizational skills, efficiency, and personability. Day-to-day, this person ensures operations run smoothly by doing whatever it takes to keep the company and its people productive.
