About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst...In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives as part of a technical professional in the field
  • Provide a broad expertise and unique skills used to develop company objectives and standards
  • Contribute to large scale planning such as economic research in support of management decision making for a business unit
  • Research key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasting
  • Perform work on significant and unique issues involving data and evaluation or highly complex situations
  • Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
  • Financial ownership for business cases and ad-hoc financial analyses
  • Establish effective and efficient reporting for WIM Centers of Excellence (COE)
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Act as the trusted business partner to COE leaders and their teams
  • Prepare documents that are clear, crisp and concise for senior level audiences
  • Collaborate with the COE leaders on expense management and efficienciesRequired Qualifications, US:
    • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Ability to form a story through data analysis
      • Experience in expense management and tracking initiatives
      • Ability to prepare and present presentation to senior level leaders
      • Knowledge and understanding of capacity planning and financial analysis
      • Experience with general ledger, profit and loss statements, and month-end close
      • Experience supporting brokerage and/or financial services
      • Ability to build financial models
      • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to design and run macros
      • Experience utilizing Essbase
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with extensive experience presenting to and working with senior executive-level leaders
      • Ability to effectively articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
      • Ethical integrity and demonstrated ability to assess and determine when to raise concerns and escalateJob Expectations:
